1. General information

  1. The operator of demar.com.pl is P.W. DEMAR ul. Kościelna 26, 42-244 Mstów.
  2. The website performs functions of obtaining information about users and retaining it in the following way:
    1. Through information voluntarily entered into forms.
    2. By saving cookies on a user’s device.
    3. By collecting of server logs by a hosting operator.

2. Data in forms

  1. The website collects data voluntarily provided by a user.
  2. The service may also save information about connection parameters (time indication, IP address).
  3. Data provided in the form are not made available to third parties otherwise than with the user’s consent.
  4. Data provided in the form may constitute a collection of potential customers, registered by the Website Operator in the register kept by the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data.
  5. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose of a given form, e.g. in order to process a service request or sales contact.
  6. Data provided in the forms can be made available to third parties technically rendering certain services - this refers, in particular, to providing information about an owner of a registered domain for entities which are operators of online domains (especially, the Research and Academic Computer Network - NASK), payment processing websites or other entities with which the Website Operator cooperates in this scope.

3. Cookie notification

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular, text files, which are stored on a user’s device of the Website User and are intended for use of Website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the web page from which they come, their time of storage on a user’s device as well as a unique number.
  3. The entity sending cookies to a user’s device of the Website User and accessing them is the Website Operator.

4. Server logs

  1. Information about certain types of user behavior are subject to logging into the server platform. Such data are used solely for the purposes of website administration as well as ensuring possibly most efficient hosting services.
  2. The viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. The following can also be recorded:
    1. time of receiving a request,
    2. time of sending a reply,
    3. name of the customer station - identification through HTTP protocol,
    4. information about errors which occurred during HTTP transactions,
    5. URL address of the previously visited website (referrer link) - in the case when the Website was accessed through a hyperlink,
    6. information about the user’s browser,
    7. information about IP address.
  3. The above-mentioned data are not associated with any specific persons visiting websites.
  4. The above-mentioned data are used only for the purposes of server administration.

5. Data sharing

  1. Data are made available to external entities solely within legally permitted limits.
  2. Data enabling identification of a natural person are made available only with that person’s consent.
  3. The Operator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Website to authorized authorities based on legal requests in the scope resulting from such a request.
